Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (distansavtalslagen) you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Just contact us to start a return.
Personalized & made-to-order items
Keepsakes made specifically for you (printed with your name, photo or ultrasound) are exempt from the right of withdrawal once production has begun — unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
Faulty items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we’ll make it right.
